These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the services provided by Elenae SourceRight. By using our procurement services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Article One

Scope of Services

Elenae SourceRight is a registered Business registered as JSL Elenae Ventures and agrees to provide professional procurement, sourcing, and supply chain consultancy services to the customer following the terms and conditions stated in this binding document.

Our services include identifying suitable suppliers, negotiating pricing, coordinating shipments, and facilitating delivery of goods to customers across Ghana from verified manufacturers and suppliers in China.

Article Two

User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • Account Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information when requesting services. Providing false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of your request without refund.
  • Professional Conduct: Users are expected to engage in all procurement activities with integrity and in compliance with applicable local and international laws.

Article Three

Payment Terms

  • Secure and Trusted Payment: All financial transactions are processed through industry-standard secure payment protocols to protect both parties.
  • Invoicing: Unless otherwise stated in a specific contract, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.
  • Shipping Fees & Taxes: All quoted prices are exclusive of shipping fees and VAT or other applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Article Four

Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All proprietary sourcing methodologies, software, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Elenae SourceRight. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.

Article Five

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect and keep secret any sensitive business data or proprietary information obtained during the service period. This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of any service agreement and shall remain in effect indefinitely unless the information enters the public domain through lawful means.

Article Six

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elenae SourceRight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the use of our sourcing services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Article Seven

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

Article Eight

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Article Nine

7-Day Holding Period & Storage Policy

If direct delivery is not immediately possible when goods arrive in Ghana, products are safely held in our warehouse for collection or arrangement.

Holding Period Timeline

Day 0 — Goods Arrive in Ghana

Your product has cleared and is available for delivery or collection. The 7-day holding period begins from this date.

Day 7 — Free Holding Period Ends

Products are safely held for up to 7 days at no extra charge. Please arrange collection or delivery before this date to avoid penalty fees.

After 7 Days — Daily Penalty Fee Applies

If a customer fails to collect or arrange delivery within the 7-day period, a penalty fee of 1% of the procurement cost will be charged daily to cover warehouse storage, handling, and administrative costs.

After 60 Days — Property of Company

If a product remains uncollected or undelivered for more than 60 days, it will be considered the property of the company. This policy ensures proper warehouse management and efficiency in storage operations.

To avoid penalty fees, please ensure you respond promptly to delivery notifications and provide accurate contact details when submitting your sourcing request. The 7-day holding period begins from the date the product is available for delivery.

These terms and conditions are effective as of 2025 and apply to all customers using the services of Elenae SourceRight. By proceeding with any sourcing request or purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
